First- Create a twitter account! Start building content that you want to put out there. You can get great ideas on Pinterest! Now, start tweeting! Ok. Now, that you are tweeting—> Start here to learn how to engage with people: Get your thoughts into where do the people that you want to interact with go? Ex) Where do overweight people go? What tools do people interested in fitness use? What local restaurants or parks or venues would you find those type of people that attend? What tools do they use? Who do they follow? What books do they read? What authors do they follow? Search for them in the “magnifine glass” looking search at the top of the screen. You can search a word as a hashtag, and it will bring people up that randomly post about the topics, OR you can actually click the actual link of the page and follow it. EX of things to search or look for: Paleo Bob Harper Jillian Michaels Cean Eating Recipes Spinning CrossFit Livestrong myfitnesspal Spark people Jenny Craig Weight watchers Biggest loser Chalene Johnson Rev abs Brett hoebel etc…..etc….the list is INFINITE on twitter. Just stretch your mind to think of topics that interest you and or the market of the people that you are following! Scroll really far down in each account of followers to find fresh people. Go to each of these (and think of a few more!) and “follow” the main site. Once you do, then click the profile of the site. You will see a thing that says : following and a number of like...

How to make a better post in 15 seconds–ARTICLE with TIPS

How to make a good impression in 15 seconds! #betterposts Want to improve your posts in social media? Want to improve your business or help more people?! There is such power in 15 seconds, this is the amount of time that people may spend looking at your picture or post on social media. PS, 15 seconds is GENEROUS. Most people make a decision whether they want to keep reading your stuff in like 3 seconds. BUT, your post can be so influential in promoting YOU. But how often do we craft our own 15-second posts with audiences that we want to influence in mind? *KEEPING IT REAL: most of us are NOT posting the right way! I know that I am NOT an expert at it but I am learning from experts SO, I am sharing my research. #proud #entreprenerd BIG PICTURE: Think of your FB and IG posts as if you are making a QUICK TV commercial and you want your “commercial” to be #memorable! **Research time!** Malcolm Gladwell touches on this phenomenon in his book, Blink. He talks about “thin-slicing,” or “the ability of our unconscious to find patterns in situations and behavior based on very narrow slices of experience.” He explains how too much information can cloud an individual’s ability to accurately analyze a situation, and how “in good decision making, frugality matters.” So in other words, mini-impressions do count! And although you never get a second chance to make a first impression, you do get many chances to make the next impression. Hence why we post at least 3 times on FB and...

Branding YOU

This was taken from a presentation done by Danielle Katz at a Dallas training event in August. “Your brand is what other people say about you when you’re not in the room” *WHEN BRANDING YOURSELF IT CANNOT BE ABOUT BEACHBODY* 1. What do you want your brand to represent? Make a list of three things that define you.. 2. Be BIG and BOLD.. Don’t be afraid to stand out! Quite a few brands go unnoticed. 3. If everyone jumped off a bridge, would you? -Don’t use corporate pictures and post.. make your own! -If you see something posted by other coaches in your Newsfeed more than 5 times DON’T USE IT.. -But be careful.. don’t reinvent the wheel, just customize it! 4. What do cat videos have to do with anything? – Yes they are cute and funny but have nothing to do with your business. -YOU need to go viral, not a cat or dog or cute kids that aren’t your own.. – Branding is your opportunity to tell your story 5. Know your audience! Post items directed toward your ideal customer and that they will follow you for. How to Monetize Your Brand 1.Keep links simple Delete thumbnails and make sure to add your picture 2. Every post should have a call to action! Make statements like “share with someone” “Is this you?” Everything should have a question or action. 3. Aim for viral! This is very important due to Facebook algorithms.. the more you post and have comments the more you will show in Newsfeeds. Almost all of your post should come with a...

Beachbody Coach Training | 10 Tips for Success

My seven years as a Beachbody coach have afforded me the opportunity to gain a bird’s eye view of what makes a successful coach, as well as what makes for an unsuccessful one. Whether you’re a coach looking to be successful in the business or you’re considering becoming a coach, this tip sheet will guide you in your journey. Use it as a checklist. If you can say that you do each of these things, you will be much more likely to succeed. If you are honest with yourself and admit that not all of these apply to you, this is good news! It simply means you have an area or areas to work on.   Are you ready? Here are your 10 Tips for Success as a Beachbody Coach:   1. Coaches who succeed take 100% responsibility for their success or failure. This means that they don’t wait for their sponsor to make them successful. They don’t blame others (including their coaches, their spouses, or customers) or the lack Beachbody coach training. If they are to succeed, successful coaches understand that it’s up to them, despite any life obstacles that may come their way.   2. Coaches who succeed are engaged. They engage with their team in private groups, by listening to team calls, by actively participating in Beachbody coach training, and by connecting with other positive-minded members. They also engage with the Team Beachbody network by listening to the weekly National Wake Up Call, by participating in events such as Super Saturday or Team Cup Challenges. Unsuccessful coaches go at it alone; thus they feel alone. If you...
