But before we answer that, What is emerald status? What does it entail? WHAT IS EMERALD? You have two coaches that are ACTIVE (meaning, have 50PV or MORE in a 35 day period, preferably on Shakeology Autoship). One on your right and one on your left. Please reach out to your coach to help you with preferred placement!! This is very important. (NOTE: You must also be a Team BB Club Member to receive free customer leads.) Become emerald as soon as possible and nurture your relationships with your customers! You can profit from team volume. What does this mean? As a an active coach (not emerald), you can only earn commissions. As an emerald coach, you can earn team cycle bonuses when people in your team sell products. Residual income is where the real income earning potential is. It’s not in individual sales.   Jenny Seitz Coach #1 – I KNOW you would rock at doing this (and then I told her all the reasons she rocked – 1 being she was already holding Insanity groups at her house and ab challenges on FB) Coach #2 – My mom – she approached me about it. She was all for trying another “weightloss” program Joy Ross Coach # 1- Husband- ” Hey Arthur, you became a Beachbody coach today.” His response- ‘ok- as long as I don’t have to do anything’. Hahaha Coach #2- I shared the script with her 2 weeks prior and out of the blue after she had indicated that she was not interested she reached back to me and expressed immediate interest to sign up and the rest, as they say, is history. Diamond in under 6 Months

    Kitreena Ruby-Cooper I did it in just a little over 6 months (and have only been diamond for 2 weeks now), so hope that’s ok that I am replying! Since day 1, things were flying for me. Within a month of coaching I made the trip to Summit so that I could truly see what this was all about, and it opened the door for me and I kept flying. For inviting, I quickly saw in clean eating challenges, in my accountability and challenge groups who were like minded – who stood out; at first I was hesitant cause I thought there goes my commissions on HD, but then I changed that mindset and thought, no this is temporary, in the long run they will benefit both for themselves, for me and our upline and would be helping me reach so many more people. Once I invited a couple of coaches, it got easier, I knew TBB and what it was capable of, so I wanted to tell the world and help anyone I can. Whether that be prospective customers or coaches. To be honest I don’t stop, my actions are to continue with a monthly challenge group and a monthly clean eating challenge, and I haven’t stopped learning. 10 Days in I took Chris Balmert’s New Coaches Training and 20 Days in I took Katee Roberts and Jason Roberts Training. Creating High Performance Coaches – Melanie Mitro & Ashley Mahaffey 1) Welcome Letter (customized from back office). Make video on the 3 different kinds of coaches & add link into letter. (Discount Challenger, Challenger interested in learning about the business, Business-builder – wants to know what to do to reach goals) 2) Follow Back Office document “Getting a Coach Started Right” 3) GSR Call and give them assignment – Coach Training Videos & send me proof they completed. After they do this, they can join Coach Basics Group. 4) Customize Coach Basics Group (can edit Word doc from Back Office). Don’t reinvent the wheel, but give it some pizazz & my own personality. Make Youtubes for the group, tell what I’m doing in my business & what the results were, so they can duplicate. I am going to add the Go Pro Diamond assignments as “extra credit” for those who want to build immediately. Zoom call same time each week.
